QSolar Limited has developed disruptive technologies and proprietary solar related processes, and manufactures and sells its own proprietary solar products. The Company currently manufactures solar photovoltaic (PV) panels by using its proprietary trade secret Spraytek99® and ESS process as well as its own QLiteX and QSS family designs.

QSolar Spraytek99® panels offer several advantages over competing products as they have significantly lower losses in hot climates due to their design, offer superior solar cell encapsulation for better protection, significant weight savings and durability features over existing competitors PV modules.

QSolar was founded in United Kingdom in 2007 by current CEO, Mr Andreas Tapakoudes. The Company is headquartered in Calgary, Canada with offices in London (UK) and Shanghai (China) for manufacturing operations.

Due to QSolar's unique product range specifically QLiteX®, a super light-weight product built with hollow substrate; QSS, a light-weight product built with solid substrate; QSF, an extreme light-weight 7.8 kgs (17.2 lbs) PV flexible panel; and QLX desert, a high temperature panel; QSolar is able to compete and position itself successfully in the international markets.

The Company is in a privileged position, in that it anticipates to enhance its presence and its operating margins, have greater flexibility in pricing of non-price differentiated rooftop and ground mount projects requiring features not available with traditional solar panels where weight, durability, maintenance and installation costs are considerations. Qsolar has the ability to produce panels from 150 watts to 500 watts.

The Company had developed its specialty solar module business for extremely lightweight and durable solar panels between 8 watts and 200 watts.

The Company also anticipates entering into the solar plant business by acquiring and or building smaller scale projects.
