Minmetals Resources Limited ("Minmetals Resources" or the "Company") (Stock Code: 1208) has its shares listed on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the "Stock Exchange").

The Company together with its subsidiaries and jointly controlled companies (collectively as the "Group") are principally engaged in the manufacturing and sales of alumina, aluminium products, copper products and plica tubes. China Minmetals Non-ferrous Metals Company Limited ("CMN"), founded in 2001, is the Company's immediate holding company. Its main products include Copper, Aluminum, Tungsten, Zinc, Antimony, Rare Earth, Tin, Tantalum-Niobium and other metals.
